Reservations for a specific recital are taken only via the student form found in the Yearbook or as downloaded from this page. You may copy this as often as necessary.
Cancellation is made ONLY in the event of illness.
The recital chairperson must be contacted NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE RECITAL. Recital information should be given to the publicity chairman and printer by the recital chairperson two weeks prior to the recital.
Final program order is left to the discretion of the recital chairperson ONLY.
The recital chairperson should keep the program to one hour playing time. High school students may perform up to ten minutes. Please have pieces accurately timed before submitting them.
Program is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students may perform the same work a maximum of two times. A reasonable period of time should elapse between performances of the same piece.
Teachers may present two students on a program if there are an insufficient number of performers. This will be at the discretion of the recital chairperson and they will be included in the order submitted.
Active members may present students and adult students on the program. Associate members may present a student twice during the year.

DRESS CODE: Appropriate attire is required for all stage performances. Please refrain from wearing jeans, tee shirts, sneakers, clogs, or platform shoes.; Dresses should be no shorter than knee-length. Do not chew gum.
Students uncomfortable with performing without music may prefer to perform at Syracuse Artist Pianos instead of Liverpool Library or the Everson Museum. This should be left at the discretion of the student/teacher involved.
